Rite Idler’s Frames with Removable End Brackets and Retractable Idlers are two specialty solutions designed to simplify roll changeout and minimize conveyor downtime. Both systems provide quick, access to idler rolls, making them ideal for areas with limited clearance or where roll changes are difficult.

Removable End Brackets provide unobstructed access for changing out wing rolls. Each end bracket can be detached independently, enabling quick roll replacement without disturbing the rest of the frame.

Retractable Idlers feature a sliding frame mechanism that allows for easy access to all three rolls. One side slides out to expose a single wing roll, while the opposite side slides out to access both the center and wing rolls—allowing fast replacement without removing the entire frame or lifting the belt.
