We carry four different series of idlers which meet CEMA standards ranging from CEMA C to CEMA F++.

In all of our idlers, you’ll find our unique threaded shaft end design – which allows us to interchange the shaft ends to fit our rolls into any idler frame.

We also carry specialty products such as our inverted “V” returns, retractable idlers, removable end brackets, and different coated rolls to fit specific needs.

Series 25

For medium-duty applications
  • 6205 bearing with a 25mm shaft diameter.
  • Rolls in this series are available in 4”, 5” and 6” diameter rolls.
  • Accommodate belt widths from 18’’ to 72’’.
  • Utilizes our screw-in shaft ends to adapt to any idler frame.

Series 40

For severe heavy-duty applications
  • 6308 bearing with a 40mm shaft diameter.
  • Rolls in this series are available in 6” and 7” diameter steel rolls, as well as 8’’ and 9’’ diameter rubber rolls.
  • Accommodate belt widths up to 36’’ – 102’’.
  • Utilizes our screw in shaft ends to adapt to any idler frame

Series 30

For medium and heavy-duty applications
  • 6306 bearing with a 30mm shaft diameter.
  • Rolls in this series are available in 5” and 6” diameter rolls.
  • Accommodate belt widths up to 72’’.
  • Utilizes our screw in shaft ends to adapt to any idler frame.  

Series 65

For extreme severe heavy-duty applications
  • Custom-made designs to suit the specific application’s needs.
  • Rolls in this series are available in 7” diameter steel rolls, or in rubber up to 16’’ in diameter.
  • Accommodate belt widths of a minimum 60’’.
